Proposed Changes to Our Terms and Conditions

We love doing business with Sage Business Partners! In order to better serve you, we must consider changes to the terms and conditions under which we provide services and software in the future.

Three of the changes that will most affect business partners are below:

  • We will now send out quotes using our terms and conditions document instead of just an email. This helps us formalize the process and keep track of outstanding quotes so we can follow up with you and answer your questions regarding projects in a timely and orderly fashion.
  • Annual software maintenance will now be a part of our quotes.
  • Payment terms will also be modified in the proposed terms and conditions to include a deposit of 30% before beginning development on projects followed by a 40% payment at the time delivery, and the final 30% payment upon sign-off and acceptance of project.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the changes. We will be happy to provide you with a copy of the new terms and conditions upon request. We look forward to continuing to work with you in years to come!
